Get to know your coach Kellie

My purpose is to encourage and inspire people to become more engaged in daily life, develop stronger relationships and bring their best selves to everything they do. Thriving comes from within and I want to help you learn to lead from the core of who you are.  And I like to have fun while doing it!

As a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths coach, I use strengths-based theory as the framework for all of my coaching services.  No matter what people challenge you’re trying to enhance or solve, start with talent and finish with strengths.  I use my own strengths – Activator, Woo, Communication, Discipline, Includer and seek to unlock the power and potential in every person I coach.

Through our coaching partnership, we will discuss how to apply your strengths productively, increase confidence, strengthen relationships and hone your existing skills.

In addition to my work as a coach, I live in Quincy, MA with my husband Michael and my very, very spoiled dogs, Jack and Henry.

“There's power in allowing yourself to be known and heard, in owning your unique story, in using your authentic voice.” – Michelle Obama

What Does the Research Reveal?

  • 6 times more likely to be engaged in their jobs

  • 3 times more likely to report having an excellent quality of life

What About Weaknesses?

There is a myth that strengths philosophy suggests we should ignore our weaknesses. A Gallup-certified coach can help you calibrate your strengths and manage your weaknesses. Often times it can be our strengths that hinder us! To realize the full benefits of strengths, it is critical that you focus on developing them completely, that includes the good, the bad, the ugly and knowing your weaknesses. One of the beauties of strengths is that we all have them. And what doesn’t come naturally to us, does to others. Finding partners you can trust, learn from and grow with is a key part of the process.

Partnering with a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach can be the difference between simply knowing your strengths and truly living a strengths-based life.
