Offered in 3.5-hour blocks (in-person) or two 2-hour blocks (virtual), your team will deepen their understanding of themselves and each other through engaging activities, discussions and action planning. Each session offers a combination of foundation topics and customizable topics to meet your needs.
Continue to Greatness
Customized add-on sessions will help you embed strengths into everything you do. Based on the needs of your managers and teams, topics might include conflict management, performance, goal and expectation setting, or improving communication. Whatever the goals are for your group, don’t wait until a once-a-year retreat.
Accelerate Engagement
Employee engagement is about the connections we have with our work, workplace and our relationships with colleagues. Engaged employees are psychologically committed to their work, go above and beyond their basic job expectations, and want to play a key role in fulfilling the mission of their organizations. Utilizing Gallup’s Q12, I can assist in formulating and administering the surveys, and developing and rolling out strategies that will aim at increasing good performance and decreasing problem areas. This program will empower teams to take action, become part of the solution, and get results right away.
Champion Development
Your team had an awesome time while working with me. Now what? Let’s train a few “strengths champions” to help keep the momentum going! Strengths champions would help the group keep strengths at the forefront, facilitate group conversations and help embed the concepts regularly in team efforts. This package would include three coach lead check-in meetings at months 1, 3 and 6. Your champions would share back how things have been going, and receive feedback and ideas to take back to your group. Not only does this help the group as a whole, but offers a unique professional development opportunity for your champions!
